
The African Democratic Congress (ADC), Akwa Ibom State Chapter, has taken another bold step in strengthening its political base with the formal reception of the executives and members of the Chibuike Amaechi Foundation (CAF) at the party’s State Secretariat, No. 84 Udotung Ubo Street, Uyo.
The strategic engagement underscores ADC’s growing acceptance and expanding influence across Akwa Ibom State as the party intensifies preparations to emerge as a leading contender in the 2027 general elections.
CAF DECLARES FULL MERGER WITH ADC AKWA IBOM
Speaking at the event, the State Coordinator of the Chibuike Amaechi Foundation, Mr. Gods Will, announced the complete alignment and merger of the Foundation with the ADC in Akwa Ibom State. He stated that all members of the Foundation have now become full-fledged members of the party, committed to advancing its ideals and electoral objectives.
According to him, the Foundation’s priority is clear and non-negotiable: winning elections. He expressed confidence in ADC’s structure and leadership, while also offering prayers for Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi to secure the party’s presidential ticket at the national level, noting that such a development would further strengthen the party’s momentum nationwide.
ADC CHAIRMAN WELCOMES ALLIANCE, ASSURES FULL INTEGRATION
In his response, the Akwa Ibom State Chairman of ADC, Hon. Duke Gabriel Dick, welcomed the CAF leadership and members with open arms, describing their decision as a clear testament to the credibility, organization, and growing popularity of the party in the state.
Hon. Duke assured the new members of full integration into the party’s operational structures, stressing that they would actively participate at the State Executive Council, Chapter Executive Councils, and Ward Executive Councils.
He noted that the collaboration would significantly deepen grassroots penetration and reinforce the party’s capacity to mobilize effectively across all local government areas.
ADC AKWA IBOM POISED FOR ELECTORAL VICTORY

The meeting ended with a shared commitment by both ADC and CAF to build a united, disciplined, and formidable political force capable of delivering victory at the polls.
The alliance further confirms ADC Akwa Ibom State as a fast-growing, inclusive, and well-structured political platform ready to redefine leadership and governance in the state.
