State Secretary – Engr Donald S. Udofia

As the State Secretary of the party, Engr. Udofia has distinguished himself through dedication, strategic leadership, and an unwavering commitment to strengthening the party’s structures across wards, chapters, and local government areas.

Ikono LGA Chapter Leader – Engr Ubong Udofia

Ikono, Akwa Ibom State – Engr. Ubong Udo Akpan, the respected Ikono Chapter Leader of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), continues to earn admiration for his strong leadership, professional excellence, and commitment to community development.

Engr. Akpan began his career at Lazer Tech in Total (E & P), where he served as a Logistics Officer from 2014 to 2018. During this period, he distinguished himself through effective coordination, operational efficiency, and dedication to duty.

After his successful years in the oil and gas support sector, he transitioned into real estate and joined Kingso Standard Property Ltd. Through hard work and visionary leadership, he rose to become the company’s Managing Director (MD), overseeing strategic growth and quality service delivery.

Today, as the ADC Chapter Leader in Ikono, Engr. Akpan plays a key role in strengthening the party’s structures, promoting unity, and representing the interests of the people. His blend of corporate experience and political leadership positions him as one of Ikono’s most promising rising figures.

Leadership Committee Member – Akparawa (Dr) Elder Ita George Ekanem

Akparawa (Dr) Elder Ita George Ekanem is an experienced Petroleum Engineer, entrepreneur, community leader, agriculturist, international peace advocate, and mediation expert. With over thirty-five years in the Oil and Gas sector, he served in key operational and management roles at NNPC/DPR and later at TotalEnergies before retiring in 2020 to establish ITAGEE Global Ventures (IGV Farms).

A committed community and political figure, he has held major leadership roles in socio-cultural and socio-political groups, including President and later Chairman, Board of Trustees of the Ikono Indigenes Association, Lagos. He also served as Acting Vice President and later Secretary, Board of Trustees of ISDI Lagos.

Politically, Ita has been active since 2018, serving as Secretary of the Ward 9 Elders Forum in Ikono LGA under the PDP before joining the African Democratic Congress (ADC), where he continues to contribute significantly.

A UN-POLAC Peace Ambassador, he has received numerous awards for service to humanity.
